Since opening the agency in 2017, we've grown into a team of more than 40 professionals who are committed to helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent my career as an Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager, where I learned the importance of leadership, teamwork, delivering exceptional service, and building strong relationships. Those same principles continue to drive our agency today.
I'm married to my wife, Jessy, and we have two young daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing basketball, and spending time with my family. I'm also passionate about giving back and staying involved in our community through partnerships with local organizations and community initiatives.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Lee Hudson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Must have prior State Farm experience.
This is a remote position.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
