"I called State Farm after my husband died earlier this year when my current provider informed me there would be a substantial increase in my car insurance since l am no longer married. I was surprised and not happy. Kelsey Miller at State Farm answered when l called shopping for another quote. She worked with me to see that all my needs were met resulting in more coverage for nearly half the cost. I am very pleased with that . However l am leaving this review to acknowledge the excellent service l received. Kelsey walked me through every question and detail in the most professional, warm and helpful way. I highly recommend her and know if you do call her you will receive excellent care whether you choose to do business with State Farm or not. Il I called to pay my bill by CC Sarah answered was very pleasant, promptly stepped me through each step -sent me my confirmation and all done so efficiently while making me feel valued and cared for. Really great service ! Il appreciate the attention and intention of Lee Hudson to care for the people who work for and with him to give us the best service. Thank you."
